Every now and then, in the midst of its gargantuan consumer electronics efforts intended to change the world, shake societies far and wide to their core and reduce sitting heads of state to their knees, Sony will quietly release a simple product that speaks more to its heritage than to the present. INTERFACE WEBCAST - Product Review - Sony SS-B3000 Speakers
Once again all of my reviews for sony speakers say the same thing unbeatable for double the money and this is no exception. I added these with a center speaker also from Sony to complete my surround system. I was amazed at their bass and mid-range reproduction, very powerful. I don't have a sub-woofer and I don't feel like I'm missing anything. As part of a surround system though, I can't imagine there being much better for the price.
